Requirements

Required Knowledge:
Proficient in MS Office products and Google Suite of products
Data analysis and managing large set of data in google sheets/MS Excel
Skills/Abilities:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Ability to understand company strategies, product strategies, and key portfolio/program metrics to maximize the value of investment themes
Ability to establish influential leadership, trust, and strong stakeholder relationships
Ability to apply sound judgment to set or steer the direction and make decisions
Ability to work in a team or individual setting is required
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
Team-management and leadership skills
Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
Attention to details even under pressure
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Rising Sophomore to Graduate Students currently enrolled in a college or university
Interns must be willing to attend a two-day orientation on Eastern Standard Time
College Major in Business, Project Management, or Computer Science

Responsibilities

Execute portfolio intake governance in support of portfolio management policies, financial policies, and enterprise delivery
Data analysis, clean-up and maintenance
Assist in tracking and reporting of portfolio investment/delivery metrics as defined by Portfolio Management
Execute special Portfolio assignments
Participate in process improvement activities, including project management of departmental initiatives
Direct project communications by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
