Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination and Execution:
  • Assist in planning, organising, and executing events related to store openings, brand activations and product launches in store.
  • Provide support during events to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Influencer Engagement and Collaboration:
  • Assist in identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators within the beauty and lifestyle space.
  • Support outreach efforts and manage communication and admin with influencers to secure partnerships and collaborations.
  • Coordinate product seeding and gifting
  • PR Campaign Support:
  • Aid in the development and execution of PR campaigns to promote store openings, new brand launches and product innovations.
  • Assist in drafting press releases and other communication materials.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile reports to assess campaign effectiveness and impact.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, especially the Social and Brand team, Affiliates marketing, Merchandising and Store Operations to assist on PR & Events related projects.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the PR, Influence and Events Team.
