Requirements

  • A good understanding off all Microsoft Office programmes, Instagram and TikTok
  • Degree level qualification (communication or fashion degree preferable)
  • A minimum of 6 months PR internship experience within an Agency or in-House, ideally with a Luxury industry focus.
  • Experience with using Fashion GPS.
  • Behaviours for sucess:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written).
  • Ability to organise self and prioritise workload in order to meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with ability to build strong working relationships.

  • Experience of working with online media, proactive interest in fashion, style, sport, art and interiors blogs.
  • Familiar with the workings of all the major social media channels - specifically Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram.

Responsibilities

  • Support the PR Assistant with sample trafficking (requests and returns), including facilitating international requests
  • Responsible for booking couriers
  • Responsible for saving brand coverage on a daily basis
  • Support PR Assistant with local and global reporting to ensure results and feedback are collated in a timely manner
  • Assist the PR Assistant with ensuring showroom is well-presented and merchandised at all times
  • Ensure assets, campaign information and file libraries per campaign are downloaded in a timely manner
  • Support with influencers and VIP research and suggestions for dressing opportunities and event attendance
  • Maintain UK calendar up to date with relevant industry events
  • Assist the PR Assistant with seasonal sample sale preparation
  • Support on brand events – this might require occasional out of hours attendance
