Requirements

  • * Studium in Internationalem Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaft, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Markenmanagement, digitale Kommunikation, Events oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang.
  • * Zweite Hälfte Diplom-/Bachelorstudiengang oder Masterstudium.
  • * Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing, Events oder Agenturen.
  • * Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Luxus und Premium-Marken.
  • * Affinität für Design, Kunst, Golfsport oder digitaler Unterhaltung.

Responsibilities

  • Unterstützung bei der kommunikativen Aktivierung der Kooperationsprojekte über alle Kanäle (gemeinsame Erstellung von Inhalten mit Künstler:innen/Talenten, Kulturpartner:innen, Marken, VIP-Events, Online- und Social Media, Werbung, PR usw.) hinweg, in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Schnittstellen und National Sales Companies.
  • Recherche und Tracking diverser kommunikativen Maßnahmen (e.g. Trendscouting, Event KPIs, Media-Reichweite, etc.)
  • Mitwirkung bei der visuellen und inhaltlichen Gestaltung interner und externer Kooperationsmedien (z.B. Präsentationen und kommunikative Medien wie Preview, Review Präsentationen, Filme, Einladungen, etc.)
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Strategie- und Konzeptunterlagen.
  • Koordinierung von administrativen Tätigkeiten mit intern und mit externen Partner:innen (z.B. Fahrzeugmanagement, Ticketübersichten, Zimmerbuchungen, Agenda-Management, Reisekosten usw.).
