Requirements

A recent college graduate or enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and organizational ability
Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information is required
Ability to work simultaneously with a variety of stakeholders and foster a cooperative environment
Ability to anticipate problems and implement immediate corrective action
Strong orientation towards hospitality/customer service for the meeting and entertainment industry
Proven time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
Must always have a fan-friendly attitude and a professional appearance
Ability to work outside of regular business hours including but not limited to weekends and holidays as required by the FCC game schedule, special events, and projects

Responsibilities

Assist in service and retention campaigns and events for premium members
Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure that premium members' expectations are met
Serve as a gameday service liaison for Luxury Suites and premium seating
Proactively anticipates and resolves premium members' needs tactfully
Continues benchmarking of other sports teams in order to grow premium platform initiatives
Learn the daily functions of the Suite sales process including suites and premium seating
Cultivate dynamic working relationships with current and new clientele
Support the Ticket Departments throughout all stages of the sales process
Assist with the creation of premium contracts, invoices, and proposals
Other duties as assigned, both in office and on match days
