Requirements

Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data to understand process performance and identify bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement.
Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to visualize current processes and proposed changes.
Recommendation Development: Work with the team to develop recommendations for process improvements, cost savings, and increased efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather insights and input on process enhancements.
Minimum Requirements:
Seeking Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Extended periods of time working at computer workstation
