Responsibilities

The role will work on the NA Marketing Print & Fulfillment team and will have exposure to a variety of areas within Marketing Operations. Some areas of focus are as follows:
Collaborating with Promotions Program Manager on trade shows, promotional items, and event coordination. This may include order placement and verification for stock and non-stock items.
Partnering with the internal team and the fulfillment vendor FGS on order placement, restocking promotional items, and processing invoices.
Coordinating distribution and tracking returns of promotional items.
Assisting with management of the trade show vendor, answer questions as relevant.
Shadowing Print Fulfillment Analyst on special print job requests, the bidding process to secure highest quality product at the best price, and billing and invoicing cycle in Aprimo Plan & Spend and Oracle. This role will learn the various types of print, binding, paper quality, etc.
Coordinating with Marketing Analyst on product launches, changes, and liquidations.
Understand content ecosystem across the various platforms within NA Marketing.
Validating regulatory document weblinks links for accuracy and completeness. Troubleshooting if issues are discovered during quality control review.
Assisting with project plan execution on the SEC ruling Tailored Shareholder Reporting (TSR).
Assisting in QC on the US regulatory mailings.
Assisting with Canadian French translations through vendor TRSB.
Submitting files to Lowe Martin and FGS for Print on Demand (POD) documents.
Producing and updating reports
