Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.   • Desired Skills:

Responsibilities

  • Supplier Data Maven: Validate and update supplier information within our Procurement internal system.
  • Supplier Interaction: Engage with suppliers to gather pertinent information and foster strong relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly between People & Culture and various departments, ensuring a collaborative approach.
  • Trend Tracker: Research DEI and Supplier Diversity trends, providing valuable insights and benchmarking.
  • Mailbox Monitor: Keep a pulse on DEI and Supplier Diversity mailboxes, ensuring timely responses and actions.
  • ERG Scorecard Guru: Develop an Employee Resource Group (ERG) scorecard to measure and enhance impact.
  • Survey Specialist: Complete external surveys promptly, showcasing Navistar's commitment to diversity.
