Responsibilities

  • Supports Product Developers and Programme Managers with key administrative tasks to support the team in driving and delivering against the NPD calendar including product analysis, project management tracking and reporting.
  • Organises and support a wide variety of events including press events, internal stakeholder showcases and engagement sessions including stock ordering, marketing coordination, and full end to end set up.
  • Facilitate and lead key internal benchmarking session for the team to stay up to date with all retail launches.
  • Carry out market research and competitor research to support the product developers product development strategy.
  • Coordinate with the product developers all tastings both internally and externally including supplier meetings.
  • Liaise cross functionally on all product information and samples to ensure we maximise every NPD launch including marketing, digital, social and PR.
