Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong team player with ability to independently manage a full workload and respond to shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, including senior executives and outside contacts

Responsibilities

  • The firm is seeking a Product Development Intern to join the BOWS Product Development team in its New York office. This person will be an integral part of a team that works across the following functions:
  • Product Development - Designing new alternative investment products tailored for individual investors. Exploring structural enhancements and bespoke arrangements to expand access to existing strategies.
  • Product Specialists - Supporting fund placement and in-channel sales efforts with specialized asset class and strategy-level expertise.
  • Financial Advisor Advocacy - Developing event programming and educational content to expand brand awareness and deepen engagement with key partners and their advisor base.
  • The person will work closely with the entire Product Development team and will also interact with marketing, sales professionals, legal and compliance as well as investment professionals and senior management.
