Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a U.S.-based bachelors or non-MBA masters, degree-seeking program (or the equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other program related to Product Management with a graduation date no sooner than December 2025
  • Demonstrated interest and passion in designing or building tech products and ability to distill data into actionable insights using various data analytic frameworks, ML algorithms
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to provide a logical framework to support conclusions and ideas
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities. Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team while building strong relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate impact and rally teams behind a common goal
  • Drive to take on stretch goals in a fast-paced and innovative environment
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt based on changes or new learnings

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross functional team of engineers, designers, UX researchers, data analysts, data scientists, marketers, and/or customer success to create new products and features
  • Become an expert on the customer by gathering qualitative and quantitative data to build empathy and uncover actionable insights
  • Gather requirements, define experiences and use cases, develop data-backed learning plans, lead product planning and create the product roadmap
  • Ship product and feature improvements using rapid tests and experimentation in a fast paced environment
  • Apply innovative and new technologies to improve customer experiences across Intuit’s product ecosystem
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of your role, from creating a safe and welcoming work environment to designing accessible products
