Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles, market research techniques, and product development
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Desire to learn and passion for education technology.
  • Previous marketing or internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to develop compelling messaging and positioning for Chegg's Skills portfolio of products for college students.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, target audience, and industry trends, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Develop and create marketing collateral such as product presentations, sales sheets, and case studies to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct customer surveys and interviews to gather feedback on product usage, identify areas for improvement, and inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance data to measure the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives and provide insights for optimization.
