  • Currently enrolled in a registered post-secondary co-op program in Manufacturing, Industrial Mechanical Engineering.
  • Understanding of manufacturing operations. Past CNC knowledge or familiarity would be considered an asset.
  • Eligible for a 4-month placement for the summer 2025 Co-op Work Term.
  • Keen eye for details, Excellent with Data capturing and analysis.
  • Ability to multi-task with flexible to business needs, including time management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create standard work documents to capture existing process steps.
  • Gather, refine, analyze and monitor data to help with establishing baselines.
  • Perform Root cause analysis for issues affecting Fabrication department.
  • Assist in implementing lean initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in problem solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
