Requirements

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office software, including Dynamics.
  • High attention to detail and motivation to learn.
  • Ability to come to our US headquarters office in Austin 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Support Center and Reporting
  • Review and analyze existing data in the Support Center ticketing system.
  • Identify and rectify inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates within the data.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Generate custom reports summarizing Support Center activities.
  • Software Licensing:
  • Conduct thorough research on licensing tools available in the market.
  • Compile comprehensive reports on the features, pricing, and compatibility of various licensing tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on the research findings.
  • Assist in planning and executing the migration of data from existing systems to new licensing tools.
  • Verify the accuracy of migrated data and address any discrepancies promptly.
