Requirements

  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related field
  • Summer internship between Junior and Senior year
  • Degree must be obtained within a year of the internship ending
  • Forty-hour work week with three days on-site in the office and two days remote

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal customers in creation of program plans, cost and schedule baselines
  • Evaluate program performance
  • Prepare and analyze program status reports
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda and material to meet deadlines
  • Shadow team members to gain experience in program management practices
  • Complete required training modules
  • Review Statement of Work (SOW) documents for Program Control requirements
  • Assign time-phased resources and budgets to work scope
