Requirements

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
  • Physical Demands:
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time
  • Ability to conduct tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor

Responsibilities

  • Support Scrum Masters and Project Managers for administration and governance
  • Provide data integrity guidance using project management tools.
  • Help teams gain better insights into their portfolio’s performance
  • Focus on improving team planning efforts and ensuring predictable delivery
  • Drive delivery management toward best practices
  • Responsible for monitoring the delivery of IT projects
  • Help project teams with task tracking in tools like Jira and Azure DevOps
  • Provide first-level support for change requests
  • Configure new and existing fields, screens, workflows, and notifications
  • Develop dashboards to report on work progress
  • Collaborate with teams to create knowledge documents
