Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think and work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines
  • Desire to learn more about our industry
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate.

Responsibilities

  • Create project schedules and assist in the planning process.
  • You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, including requirements, reports, and progress updates, as well as assigning tasks to team members and tracking their progress.
