Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program related to Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Desired Skills:

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be open to interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
Build relationships and work successfully in global teams, take initiative, and possess creativity.
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Technical acumen and an interest in the industries JCI works in.
Analytical experience when looking at project level data.
Understanding of Project Management Delivery Methodologies.

Responsibilities

The primary areas of involvement:
Perform project management of smaller projects as required.
Assist PMO in the creation and updating of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Support the control and administration activities required a part of the Gate Review process.
Assist with the development and distribution of project communications, working with other Program Managers across the business.
Support project status reporting including creation and presentation of material.
Produce project specific reports: examples – risk management reports, change management reports, deliverable tracking reports.
Raise material requests and co-ordinate samples to support project milestones.
