  • Basic expereince and understandings of project management in academic or business environment; Experience in a game development project is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Japanese AND English; Chinese skills is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passionate about gaming, with rich experience in Anime style games is preffered.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project management and communication with external partners, accurately conveying the internal needs of the project team to the external partners and finding suitable teams to meet these needs.
  • Assist the development team in utilizing external resources to quickly complete project requirements.
  • Manage project progress with a strong sense of time management.
  • Plan project development processes, resource estimation, communication mechanisms, and documentation standards to help save communication costs.
  • Assess project risk points, communicate with the team in advance, and drive the team to propose solutions.
