Requirements

  • 3+ years of college and Seeking a bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products preferred.
  • Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise preferred

  • Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
  • Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment
  • Speech/Reading: Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
  • Lifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
  • Safety: Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary
  • Preferred:
  • Some college or better in Business Administration or related field.
  • Some college or better in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Project schedules: develop Microsoft Project skills and support the various project team members to track and update project schedules
  • Project Execution Planning (PEP); learn how to develop an EDPR Project Execution Plan and assist team leaders with drafting and finalizing PEPs.
  • Process improvement; assist the Project Management department with cross-departmental process improvement initiatives
  • Project Management tools and templates; assist the Project Management team to develop standardized tools and templates for priority project reports, meetings, tracking, and communication.
  • Budgeting, Estimation, and Reforecasting; Support the project leadership teams in the vetting of project budgets, tracking, and monthly reforecasting efforts.
  • Risk Registry: Work with Project Management team to identify risks associated with projects and assist with creating and maintaining risk registers.
