Requirements

  • Must be in the final year of studies pursuing a degree in Project Management, Strategy, Business Administration, or related field.
  • GPA of 3.2 or above
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Good interpersonal skills, with a willingness to ask questions and share ideas
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced market environment
  • Solid professional and personal work ethic
  • Experience working on projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in customizing standard project plan based on scope of service purchased by client; to include tasks, timelines, milestones, and dependencies in accordance with the executed contract/scope of work.
  • Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and SharePoint to successfully manage a project plan, tasks, and organize artifacts
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between project teams, stakeholders, and various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks and proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Support with analyzing potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Work with the team to ensure deliverables meet quality standards by conducting thorough reviews and coordinating quality assurance processes
  • Support in organizing agenda and meeting invites
  • Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional areas and industry
  • Assist with tracking project tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Schedule and support the facilitation of client meetings by working with stakeholders to create agendas and assist with professionally driving meeting agendas to ensure meetings start and end at designated times.
  • Capture meeting minutes, action items, owners, and decisions for internal and client meetings. Disseminate to participants
  • Learn about various processes and functions within our industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks related to project management, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating project-related activities.
