You need a psychology resident license from DOPL and BLS certification to qualify for this internship at Intermountain Health.

You will consult with a multidisciplinary team, aid in treatment planning, provide therapy, and lead DBT skills groups on a child day treatment unit and outpatient DBT team. Attend trainings and seminars.

<ul><li><span style="background-color: transparent;">This is a one-year position that includes completing psychological evaluations with patients ages 3-18 across the continuum of care (generally between 60-70 evaluations per year) and facilitating psychotherapeutic interventions in the outpatient setting. The fellowship therefore provides opportunity for further development of psychological testing skills across multiple levels of care, these assessments focused on diagnostic clarification and treatment planning--ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental conditions, behavioral disturbance, cognitive/learning problems, case conceptualization. Treatment interventions in the outpatient clinic involve patients ages 3-18 with a wide range of developmental (e.g., autism spectrum disorder) and mental health (anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral disturbance) struggles. Telehealth will likely remain a component of the program for a portion of psychotherapy cases, although this is subject to change per COVID-19 developments</span></li></ul>
