Requirements

Applicants must be a current college student in good academic standing, enrolled in an accredited associate, bachelor's or graduate degree program in Business Management, Administration, Supply Chain, Public Safety and Security or other non-technical discipline or relevant two-year certificate.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Inventory management.
Utilizing personal computer software programs affecting assigned work and in compiling and preparing spreadsheets, and reports.
Working knowledge of SharePoint and data presentation software.
Safety awareness / Concepts.
Analytical skills.
Good verbal and written communication.
Self-Starter / Takes Initiative.
Eager to Learn and open minded to new assignments.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a standard office environment.
The Agency promotes a safe and healthy work environment and provides appropriate safety and equipment training for all personnel as required.

Responsibilities

Inventory data management.
Meet with stakeholders to research and document inventory requirements and needs.
Identify and propose data management improvements.
Use SharePoint and other databases to track inventory.
Create and make presentations.
Conduct site visits to observe and conduct inventories.
Attend riding, walking tours, and other events to gain awareness of Sound Transit systems.

Other additional administrative duties and safety training as needed.
