Requirements

  • Current student, sophomore status or higher
  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business or Finance
  • Able to commute to the corporate office in Denver, CO
  • Able to work full-time during the summer
  • Strong analytical, organizational, team and communication skills
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3.0 GPA (out of a 4.0 scale) or higher

Responsibilities

  • Supporting contract negotiation of new Purchased Power Agreements (PPA’s) that secure large scale generation resources including wind, solar, hydro, natural gas and storage
  • Administer, coordinate and manage existing PPA’s, including but not limited to researching contract obligations, verifying proper calculation and distribution of billings and payments, monitoring project performance, administering security deposits, insurance requirements, and contract notifications, managing facility outage and maintenance scheduling as well as administering other ancillary contractual documents and obligations
  • Utilize guidance and assistance from senior team members, legal counsel and other departments to assess and analyze contract and project risk balance and ensure risk mitigation
