Responsibilities

  • Support the compilation of Regulatory Restriction Forms.
  • Support the Regulatory Operations team for any regulatory requests that are received in relation to filing applications.
  • Work with the Virtual Plant Teams (VPTs) to support change control progression.
  • Assist with the preparation of Regulatory summaries for Annual Product Quality reports (APQRs).
  • Support the progression of GMP documents within the Documentation Management System.
  • Authoring of Reg Ops-related procedures.
  • Support the review and approval of site procedures.
  • Engage in Quality Culture initiatives.
  • Engage in Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • Support team with routine administration of team meetings, presentations, issuance of meeting minutes as assigned by supervisor.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager, e.g. support with team meetings (creating presentations, minutes taking) etc.
