What are the eligibility requirements to apply for this internship?
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, possess unrestricted work authorization, and have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program.
What is the academic requirement for this internship?
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to the internship, or must have graduated within 6 months of the application posting. Undergraduate students in their Junior or Senior year are preferred.
Is prior experience in real estate finance required for this position?
While not mandatory, experience or academic coursework in Real Estate Finance, Construction Accounting, or Real Estate Development is preferred.
What technical skills are required for this internship?
Candidates should have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and strong computer and technical skills. Familiarity with SAP is also preferred.
