Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a Masters or MBA program (or related discipline) and are slated to graduate after December 2024 (MBA specializations within Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or Consulting may find this opportunity particularly interesting)
  • You have an interest in understanding how talent gets hired and the inputs, processes, and unique roles that contribute to accomplishing this
  • You have some exposure to or experience driving and implementing complex projects or change initiatives and understand the value of marketing communications
  • You are a self starter and enthusiastic about using data to inform recommendations
  • You have strong communication and platform skills and are able to quickly establish matrixed relationships in both virtual and in person environments
  • You are intellectually curious
  • You are proficient with a variety of analytics, insights, and collaboration tools including (but not limited to) PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Domo, Qlik, MIRO, Prezi, Visier, etc.
  • Additional nice-to-have expertise includes:
  • Experience in writing SQL queries and knowledge of cloud-based databases like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery or other big data solutions
  • Experience with analytics programming languages (Python, R, etc.) and/or data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing

Responsibilities

  • As a Recruitment Insights and Intelligence Intern, you will partner with two specialty teams within Talent Acquisition - our Recruiting Intelligence and Talent Sourcing teams - to investigate and brainstorm ideas for identifying and monitoring external competitor insights as well as designing quality interactive data visualizations.
