You must be an EE, Physics, or Material Science major with knowledge of semiconductor physics, Python scripting, Excel data analysis, and FIT calculations. Interest in lasers and device reliability is a plus.

You will write Python scripts for data logging, conduct life tests on semiconductor ICs, analyze data for temperature and voltage effects, predict population lifetimes, and calculate FIT estimates.
