Requirements

  • Live out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
  • Major in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related program
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of employer branding, talent acquisition, human resources, and organizational development processes
  • Advanced familiarity with Microsoft 365, Canva preferred

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of Lifeway’s employer brand strategy for 2024 to attract top talent to the organization
  • Create and execute strategies to increase Lifeway’s employer brand visibility at local universities or through other means of talent pipelining
  • Create and manage high quality digital and social media campaigns in support of the employer brand strategy
  • Facilitate audience communication and engagement; monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Develop tools for gathering employee feedback (surveys, focus groups, etc.); analyze data to make recommendations
  • Develop and implement learning resources for employees
