Requirements

  • Working towards a 2025 bachelor's or masters’ degree in a quantitative field (science, engineering, mathematics, finance, or statistics is preferred).
  • Right to work in the UK permanently without employment visa sponsorship required now or in the future
  • Solid quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Good querying / programming capabilities including R/Python, SQL.
  • Understanding of fixed income markets.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development and production of new models and reports.
  • Designing and reviewing highly complex fixed income calculations across all aspects of our electronic trading and related systems.
  • Analysing corporate bond market activity and market micro-structure, including proprietary MarketAxess data.
  • Reconciling and remediating existing fixed income calculation issues.
  • Creating and maintaining presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Working closely with global product and development teams to enrich client trading solutions.
