Requirements

  • Currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: Swift, Kotlin, C#, or C++.
  • Experience building systems leveraging machine perception, machine learning, or deep learning methods.
  • Strong understanding of computer vision and natural language processing concepts.
  • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
  • Currently in the process of obtaining a Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and stacks, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Anthropic, Bedrock, OpenAI, Ollama).
  • Practical experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone).
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
  • Experience in embedded development and rapid prototyping with C/C++, Rust, or Python on hardware platforms like Raspberry Pi, Arduino, or ESP32.
  • Ability to build full-stack applications leveraging AI technologies.
  • Experience advancing AI techniques, including contributions to open-source libraries and frameworks.
  • Intent to return to a degree-program after the completion of the internship.
  • Experience working and communicating cross functionally in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced generative AI algorithms and systems using machine learning (ML), computer vision (CV), and large language models (LLMs).
  • Rapidly prototype and validate new features for wearable devices, smart glasses, and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct foundational and applied research to advance the fields of machine perception, natural language processing, and multimodal AI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers to deliver impactful results.
  • Contribute to product development by integrating research findings into scalable solutions.
