Requirements

Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Customer service oriented with the ability to provide exceptional service to key stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with retail point-of-sale systems.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (desirable but not essential)

Responsibilities

Responsible for the Retail Inbox, resulting in the management and coordination of communication from Retail stores to Retail OperationsWork alongside the Retail Operations specialist to collate and prepare effective copy to be shared via internal communications platformLiaise with departments in Local Head office to prepare Weekly Newsletter template
Liaise with Head of Retail to review and rework monthly Commercial Briefing
Responsible for executing or coordinating basic Operations tasks set by Central Head Office
Track and escalate Expense and Invoicing queries
Liaise with Shop Materials and Central Retail Operations to escalate when stores have issues with materials
Provide first line of support and tracking for Shop Logistics
Preparation and collation of Feedback Forms for Retail Operations
Petition and distribution of Till Cards
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and booking delivery
Support the Local Operations team with any ad hoc or administrative project tasks
