Responsibilities

  • Retail:
  • Support the daily retail operations including; managing agendas for meetings, circulating meeting recaps/notes to stakeholders, ensuring fulfillment of promotional calendar across key Club communication
  • Create selling reports to analyze current and future business
  • Assist with tracking e-commerce revenue, and monitoring ecommerce trends
  • Lead & manage internal jersey requests including compiling customization requests and pressing jerseys for matchday and key Club outreach.
  • Manage retail inventory closet, organize, implement tracking system and upkeep.
  • Ability to work weekends/matchdays.
  • Admin:
  • Support Marketing function on established matchday and events
