The main responsibility of the Revenue Systems Trainee is to implement and ensure the accuracy of hotel revenue strategies across key revenue-related systems, including CRS, PMS, and third-party partners.

The Club, part of the RHG Revenue Team, is based in the center of excellence in Madrid.
What are the key responsibilities of this role?
The key responsibilities include rate management, channel and CRS maintenance, pricing and yield management, CRS auditing, and supporting the implementation of revenue optimization projects.
What are the qualifications required for this trainee position?
Candidates should be currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality or business administration and must be eligible to sign an internship agreement with a school or university.
What language skills are necessary for this job?
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required for this position.
What personal attributes does a successful trainee need to have?
A successful trainee should have good communication and social skills, be a trustworthy team player, well-organized with an eye for detail, flexible, co-operative, and possess excellent Microsoft Office skills.
