Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong team player with ability to independently manage a full workload and respond to shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, including senior executives and outside contacts
  • Ability to work with team members disbursed across the country

Responsibilities

  • 10 week paid internship, June to August 2024
  • Working closely with the RIA team located in NY as well as remote team members
  • Assist internal and external relationship managers:
  • Leveraging client and prospect data to assist with territory management
  • Salesforce and spreadsheet work
  • Marketing campaign follow up initiatives
  • Take notes on investment during investment update calls and share with the team
  • Listen in on sales calls, take notes and log notes into CRM
  • Work with COO’s on data clean up
  • Review industry publications for mentions of RIA firms and share with the appropriate team members.
  • Will have one overarching project that will be due by the end of the summer, TBD.
  • Working on special projects for the RIA team
  • Other administrative tasks as requested
