We are focused on developing you professionally, as well as building your technical skills, through real, value-add work and learning sessions hosted by our experienced professionals.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Your induction will give you a grounding of who M&amp;G are, and what we do, before you move into your dedicated team for the rest of your time with us. Being based in the same team for the duration of the programme means you will be able to add real value to your teams, gain an in-depth of knowledge of your business area and build lasting relationships with your colleagues. You will get exposure to other areas through learner sessions and networking opportunities during the summer. Building your network is an important part of an internship, so each intern will be allocated a buddy from our graduate cohort, and you will also have the opportunity to attend networking and social events during your time here.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Our internship programme is a pipeline to our Graduate programme, so at the end of your internship, you will have the opportunity to apply for one of our graduate positions commencing in 2025.&nbsp;</li></ul>
