The candidate must be actively pursuing a Graduate Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related program, with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a team-based environment. Onsite work in the Indianapolis office is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Access, is preferred.
