What are the qualifications required for the Rotational Physiotherapist position?
Applicants must be newly qualified physiotherapists or have some post-graduation experience. A full valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work are also required.
How long are the rotations for this position?
The rotations are of 6 months duration.
What are the different disciplines involved in the rotation?
The rotations take place across Community Therapy, Stroke Unit, Community Hospital, Community Respiratory Service, Children's Therapies, Mental Health, Learning Disability, and MSK.
What types of working hours are expected in this role?
Most placements offer working hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, but some may require flexible working hours including evenings and weekends between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Will I have support while managing my caseload?
Yes, while you will work as an autonomous practitioner managing your own caseload, you will have support from senior physiotherapists within the department.
