Responsibilities

  • Assist Directors with sourcing activities in the Indirect Procurement space. Support may include functions: Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, and Travel/Events.
  • Assist Directors with RFx events, such as Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Request for Information (RFIs)
  • Coordinate vendor presentation meetings for both in-person and virtual events. Set up Teams meetings, send out invitations, reserve room space within HQ, register guests with Security, etc.
  • Assist Directors with creating Bidders lists for projects, when necessary
  • Assist in the execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Collaborate with our Legal Department, if needed.
  • Assist Directors with pulling reports, and analyzing spend data
