Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft’s softwares, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and analyze data related to current processes, defects, and discrepancies.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and French, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Adaptability and openness to learning in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather data requirements and build new self-serve solutions including reports and data visualizations.
  • Help develop CBU main processes optimizations to enhance visibility and accountability of our stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and build meaningful visualizations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Extract, cleanse and modify raw data from various data sources and manage the testing, work on bug fixing or data improvements as needed;Collaborate with the Xtel team to design and create innovative training tools for the commercial team.
  • Work closely with various teams to gather information and insights related to current processes.
  • Analyze collected data to identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to streamline workflows.
  • Investigate and analyze defects and discrepancies in the Xtel trade promotion management software.
  • Establish a feedback loop with end-users to gather input on the usability and effectiveness of training tools and process enhancements.
  • Schedule regular check-ins with the Xtel Product Owner to provide progress updates, discuss challenges, and receive guidance on project priorities.
