Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, Architecture and Design, Construction Management, Communications or other related fields
  • High level of proficiency working with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, embrace challenges and adapt to change
  • Must be resourceful, intellectually curious, poised, high energy and demonstrate a genuine interest in exploring a variety of disciplines within the Commercial Real Estate industry

Responsibilities

  • Read and extract baseline content from final proposal submissions to contribute to the larger proposal content library.
  • Proofread and edit proposal content, ensuring it is generic and free of any client-specific identifiers.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts via email to validate proposal baseline content.
  • Assist in tagging and organizing proposal baseline content within our proposal management system.
  • Gather and present statistics for various industries, regions, and countries in a user-friendly format, such as spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, or written reports.
  • Conduct research to support sales efforts, including competitor analysis, market trends, and industry insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, such as client presentations, case studies, or sales collateral.
