  • Support the development of monthly sales and marketing programs
  • Drafting program notices for distribution for Internal and external publication
  • Ad-hoc data presentations and analyses to support program development
  • Ideal candidate will have prior working experiences that highlight abilities to manage assigned work tasks and to manage timelines/deadlines. Candidate should have work, classroom, or extracurricular club experience working in teams and/or leading small groups. Candidate should also have work experience or classroom project experience preparing communications, data analyses, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Intern will be working within the Sales & Marketing team. They will support colleagues in the development of sales and marketing programs, which will ultimately be published to internal and external audiences. This includes but is not limited to PowerPoint presentations, writing, proofreading and key message production. The balance of tasks will depend on the skills of the intern, so interns are encouraged to be open what skills they are most confident in and their interests related to content production.
  • The intern will also attend team/department meetings and participate in meetings with other internal colleagues all in support of the program development process. The working style will be 100% in office to ensure effective onboarding and learning.
