Responsibilities

  • Event support and prep for various on-site events hosted by the Talent Development and Scaled Education Team.
  • Work with our Partnership team on updating data, assisting in the creation of partner communications, and platform support.
  • Learning mail merge to print name tents, any rotations or rooms, name tag assembly.
  • Prep + day of event support for all programs, including catering support and room setup.
  • Identify creative items that should be standardize across a consistent brand look; where needed work with MarComms Team to elevate the product – for example Kompass Banners, marketing materials for the programs, summit packet designs.
  • Assist in the data collection and analysis of event expenses, including catering, swag items, flight and hotel expenses.
  • Assist in storage organization and cataloging with the quarterly intake.
  • Create Koch Internship Program (KIP) opening and closing boxes, help pack and print FedEx labels to ship material.
