Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation is preferred
  • Competencies:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Communications:
  • Communicating regularly with key stakeholders, including the demand planning team, supply chain, and other cross functional teams, to ensure effective collaboration and decision making

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that the right amount of inventory is available to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory
  • Support the development of demand forecasts and inventory plans
  • Support SCM Planner by assisting with issuance of purchase orders, verifying delivery dates, monitoring stock levels, & recommend reorder points
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Data analysis, Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify patterns, forecast future demand, and detect changes in demand patterns
  • Reporting, Preparing and presenting reports that provide insights into demand patterns and inventory levels to support decision making
  • Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Support in creating the annual inventory budget
  • Process Improvement:
  • Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business KPI’s
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives related to demand planning processes and procedures
  • Learning and Development:
  • Stay up to date with the latest tools and techniques in data analysis
  • Attend training sessions and webinars to improve knowledge and skills
