  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous internship experience working in finance and/or distribution
  • Education:
  • Pursing graduate degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Distribution, or equivalent field.
  • Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for an analytical, motivated and forward-thinking Finance and Business minded graduate intern to aid us in our day-to-day operations. Some of the position’s primary tasks will include:
  • Support the Directors in creating accurate budgeting/forecasting internal marketing reports
  • Assist Director in streamlining/cross checking reporting for forecast/flash/quarter closes
  • Help organize historical digital files
  • Assist in preparing quarterly power point presentations on financial performance
  • Validate marketing/OH costs and ensure they are accurately coded
  • Help to collect daily and weekend grosses for particular releases
  • Work with ‘Ensemble’, our Disney booking and reporting tool, wherein you would be able to report print counts, numbers of bookings, finals, and holds, as well as being able to chart bookings into the near future
  • Report on ‘comp’ titles, looking at the history and performance of certain films to help advise of a similar films’ playability and potential results
