The ideal candidate for the Self-Perform Intern position in Massachusetts should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering or a related field. They should have a genuine interest in construction management, possess excellent communication skills, initiative, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong time management skills to meet deadlines successfully.

The Self-Perform Intern will assist in field coordination, scheduling, and logistics planning, while also visiting sites to record progress and provide reports on construction methods and field conditions. Additionally, they will manage change management processes and prioritize safety adherence.
