  • What We Require:
  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited university.
  • Passion for and long term interest in recruitment.
  • If a current student, taking the full fall 2024 semester off (3-4 months) to work at Palantir. Candidates cannot be enrolled in university classes.

Responsibilities

  • Actively source and engage talent via sourcing new leads, strategic planning for building a more diverse and inclusive Palantir, utilizing technology, engaging with external recruiting partners, attending events, and more.
  • Track and analyze metrics to keep a strong pulse on hiring and recruiting goals.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting operations team, recruiting programs team, recruiters, and business partners to support Palantir’s global intern program and create a more streamlined candidate experience.
  • Coordinate in-office intern events including managing event resources, partnering with internal and external vendors, and event planning and execution.
  • Conceptualize new event opportunities and create marketing content related to events.
  • Upon successful completion of this internship, the role may convert into a full-time technical recruiter opportunity which would include managing the entirety of the recruiting lifecycle.
