Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Under supervision and proper training and subject to the duration of the Internship.
  • General voyage instructions and load/discharge orders.
  • Agency appointments.
  • Communication with owners, brokers, charterers and third parties.
  • Claims handling.
  • Invoicing.
  • Make sure that chartered vessels comply with our general instructions format and reporting.
  • Filling of reports and important emails in the voyage management.
  • Update voyage management.
  • Specific study subjects to be defined with Houston Shipping Operation Manager
