The candidate must currently be pursuing a degree in Construction Management or a related field, be a junior or senior, be able to travel to project sites, have a valid driver's license, possess strong communication skills, work well in a team, have a desire to learn and grow professionally, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and maintain high integrity and ethical standards.

The Site Superintendent Intern will assist in maintaining project budget and schedule, coordinating on-site teams and vendors, communicating with clients and facility staff, solving construction problems, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing proactive communication throughout the construction process.
