Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or other related concentration
  • Have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Hands on experience with all social media networking sites and platforms with a focus on social media monitoring
  • Sprinklr experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review all social media channels as community manager, identifying opportunities for conversation with the audience as well as potential threats
  • Actively engaged in social listening via Sprinklr for brand, businesses and competitors
  • Act as community manager across all social platforms to identify comments to engage in
  • Concept responses both text and video and alert businesses when applicable
  • Identify larger areas of opportunities via social listening and monitoring trends, competitor set and more via Sprinklr
  • Engage in social listening to identify opportunities to insert Panasonic in the social conversation as a gateway to reach influencers and experts
  • Support Social Team in creating the monthly editorial calendar and daily posts including the development of creative assets, such as videos, infographics, banners, etc.
  • Identify trending topics for content. Identify influencers of note that may be fit for content partnership
  • Help increase awareness and engagement with Panasonic employee via LinkedIn content and identifying third party articles relevant to businesses to reshare
